I built my training system
because I needed it once, too.

As a former competitive athlete who went on to pursue a career in corporate law, I learned the hard way that achieving and maintaining a high-performing physique while also managing work responsibilities, home, friends, and family requires a tailored, realistic plan. Now I help others in a similar position achieve their fitness and physique goals. I strongly believe that we don’t need to spend our lives in the gym or give up all the foods that we enjoy to get there - we just need a smarter approach.

I work with people of all levels - whether you’re brand new to the gym or already training regularly. We’ll work on mobility, technique, and training efficiently, with a bit of conditioning sprinkled in so you feel great - not exhausted. My goal is to help you make real progress while still having time for everything else you juggle day to day.
