This website is operated by VM Performance, operated by Vadím Musaev. It provides information about personal training, nutrition guidance and online physique coaching. You may contact us at contact@vmperformance.co.uk.
2. Enquiries and coaching agreements
Submitting a form, sending a message or booking a discovery call does not create a coaching contract. Services, availability, pricing, payment, cancellation, scheduling and programme duration will be confirmed in a separate coaching agreement or onboarding document.
3. Health and fitness information
Website content is general information and is not medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy or emergency care. Speak to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before acting where you have a medical condition, injury, symptoms or concerns. If you become a client, you must provide accurate information and follow the safety requirements in your coaching agreement.
4. No guarantee of results
Examples, testimonials and educational content do not guarantee a particular outcome. Fitness and physique results vary with adherence, health, training history, recovery and other individual circumstances.
5. Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape it unreasonably or use its content to mislead, impersonate or infringe the rights of another person.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s copy, branding, graphics, programmes and resources belong to VM Performance or are used with permission. You may view them for personal use, but may not copy, republish, sell or distribute them without written permission.

This website may link to services such as Typeform, Instagram or booking and payment providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy information. We are not responsible for their availability or content.
